Genesis

Genesis — Bereshith ("In the beginning") — is the foundation upon which all of Scripture rests. Our word-by-word exegesis begins where the Torah begins: with the first letter, Bet, and traces the creation account, the fall of mankind, and the unfolding of Alahym's covenant promises through the patriarchs.
This ongoing study examines the Hebrew text in extraordinary detail, exploring each word's root, grammatical form, and gematria. Particular attention is given to the Aleph/Tav particle — the untranslated sign that appears throughout the Hebrew text as a pointer to the Mashiach. We follow Abraham's call, Isaac's binding, Jacob's transformation, and Joseph's journey through Egypt, finding in each narrative the patterns and types that echo through the rest of Scripture.
Sessions typically work through one chapter at a time, with some dense passages spanning multiple weeks. Each study guide includes interlinear Hebrew-English annotations, Strong's concordance references, and cross-references to related passages throughout the Tanakh.
