almighty[h7706], [h8549]without blemish, covenant[h1285], father, multitude, nations[h1471], Abram, Abraham, Aleph/Tav–name,  [h5769]eternity, [h1755]genes, laugh[h6711], Isaac[h3327],

  1. [Genesis 17:1-27 KJV*]

  1. 1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, YAHUAH appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I Almighty[h7706] God[h410]; walk before me, and be [h8549]without blemish.
  2. 2 [h5414]And I will put my covenant[h1285] between me and you, and will multiply Aleph/Vav/Tav{/Kaph} you exceedingly[h3966][מאד] [h3966][בּמאד]in excess.
  3. 3 And Abram fell on his face: and God spoke with Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him, saying,
  4. 4 Behold me, my covenant with Aleph/Tav{/Kaph} you, and you shall be a father of [h1995]multitudes of nations[h1471].
  5. 5 Neither shall Aleph/Tav–your name any more be called Abram[h87][אברם], but your name shall be Abraham[h85][אברהם]; because father of [h1995]multitudes of nations[h1471] I have given you.
  1. יהוה
  1. 6 And I will make Aleph/Tav{/Kaph} you fruitful[h6509] exceedingly[h3966][מאד] [h3966][בּמאד]in excess, and I will give you the nations, and kings shall come out of you.
  2. 7 And I will establish Aleph/Tav–my covenant between me and between you and between your seed after you [h1755]for their genes for an [h5769]eternity covenant, to be for you for Alahym, and for your seed after you.
  3. 8 And I will give unto you, and to your seed after you, Aleph/Tav, [h4033]your pilgrimage land, Aleph/Tav, all the land of Canaan, for an [h5769]eternity  possession; and I will be to them for Alahym.
  4. 9 And Alahym said unto Abraham, and Aleph/Tav{/Hey} you shall keep Aleph/Tav–my covenant, Aleph/Tav{/Hey} you, and your seed after you [h1755]for their genes.
  5. 10 My covenant cut from {Zayin/}Aleph/Tav, which you shall keep, between me and you and your seed after you: All of your males shall be circumcised[h4135].
  6. 11 [h5243]And you shall cut off Aleph/Tav, your foreskin flesh; and it shall be [לאות][h226]for a token of the covenant between me and you.
  7. 12 And a son eight days old shall be circumcised. All your males [h1755]in your genes, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which not of your seed.
  8. 13 He that is born in your house, and he that is bought with your money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an eternity covenant.
  9. 14 And the uncircumcised man child whose Aleph/Tav–flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken[h6565] Aleph/Tav–my covenant.
  10. 15 And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai[h8297][שׂרי] your wife, you shall not call Aleph/Tav–her name Sarai, but Sarah[h8283][שׂרה] her name.
  11. 16 And I will bless Aleph/Tav/{Hey} her, and also give from her a son for you, and I will bless her, and she shall be for nations; kings of people shall be from her.
  12. 17 Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed[h6711][ויּצחק], and said in his heart, Shall be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?
  13. 18 And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before you!
  14. 19 And God said, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son indeed; and you shall call Aleph/Tav–his name Isaac[h3327][יצחק]: and I will establish Aleph/Tav–my covenant with Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him for an eternity covenant to his seed after him.
  15. 20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: Behold, I have blessed Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him, and will make Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him fruitful, and will multiply Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him exceedingly[h3966][מאד] [h3966][בּמאד]in excess. Twelve princes shall he beget, and I will give him for a great nation.
  16. 21 But Aleph/Tav–my covenant will I establish Aleph/Tav–Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto you [h4150]to this appointed time in the following year.
  17. 22 And he left off talking with Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him, and God went up from Abraham.
  18. 23 And Abraham took Aleph/Tav–Ishmael his son extending to {Vav/}Aleph/Tav all that were born in his house, and extending to {Vav/}Aleph/Tav all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's house; and circumcised Aleph/Tav–flesh of their foreskin in the bone day, as that which God had spoken [to] Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him.
  19. 24 And Abraham [was] ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised flesh of his foreskin.
  20.  25 And Ishmael his son [was] thirteen years old, when he was circumcised Aleph/Tav flesh of his foreskin.
  21. 26 In the bone day that Abraham was circumcised, and Ishmael his son.
  22. 27 And all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money from {Mem/}Aleph/Tav stranger’s son, were circumcised with Aleph/Tav{/Vav} him.

Discussion

  1. Nation (Goyim)

  1. [Romans 2:25-29 KJV] 25 For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, your circumcision is made uncircumcision. 26 Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? 27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? 28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither [is that] circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 But he [is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision [is that] of the heart, in the spirit, [and] not in the letter; whose praise [is] not of men, but of God.
  1. New Name[es]

  1. [Isaiah 62:1-5 KJV] 1 For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp [that] burneth. 2 And the Gentiles shall see your righteousness, and all kings your glory: and thou shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of YAHUAH shall name. 3 Thou shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of YAHUAH, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. 4 Thou shall no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall your land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah: for YAHUAH delighteth in thee, and your land shall be married. 5 For [as] a young man marrieth a virgin, [so] shall your sons marry thee: and [as] the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, [so] shall your God rejoice over thee.
  2. [Revelation 2:17 KJV] 17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth.
  1. [John 6:41-58 KJV] 41 The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven. 42 And they said, Is not this Yahusha, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven? 43 Yahusha therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. 44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. 45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. 46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father. 47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. 48 I am that bread of life. 49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. 50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. 52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us [his] flesh to eat? 53 Then Yahusha said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. 58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
  1. [Revelation 3:12 KJV] 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and my new name.

  1. Bone Day

  1. [Ezekiel 37:1-10 KJV] 1 The hand of YAHUAH was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit[h7307] of YAHUAH, and set me down in the midst of the valley which [was] full of bones, 2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, very many in the open valley; and, lo, very dry. 3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord YAHUAH, thou knowest. 4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O you dry bones, hear the word of YAHUAH. 5 Thus saith the Lord YAHUAH unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live: 6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and you shall live; and you shall know that I [am] YAHUAH. 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. 8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but no breath[h7307] in them. 9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of Adam, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord YAHUAH; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.
  2. [Exodus 12:41, 51 KJV] 41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even[H6106] the selfsame[H6106] day[H3117] it came to pass, that all the hosts of YAHUAH went out from the land of Egypt. ... 51 And it came to pass the selfsame[H6106] day,[H3117] [that] YAHUAH did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.
  3. [Leviticus 23:14, 21, 28-30 KJV] 14 And you shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame[H6106] day[H3117] that you have brought an offering unto your God: [it shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. ... 21 And you shall proclaim on[H6106] the selfsame[H6106] day,[H3117] [that] it may be an holy convocation unto you: you shall do no servile work [therein: it shall be] a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations. ... 28 And you shall do no work in[H6106] that same[H6106] day:[H3117] for it [is] a day[H3117] of atonement, to make an atonement for you before YAHUAH your God. 29 For whatsoever soul [it be] that shall not be afflicted in[H6106] that same[H6106] day,[H3117] he shall be cut off from among his people. 30 And whatsoever soul [it be] that doeth any work in[H6106] that same[H6106] day,[H3117] the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
  4. [Joshua 10:27 KJV] 27 And it came to pass at the time of the going down of the sun, [that] Joshua commanded, and they took them down off the trees, and cast them into the cave wherein they had been hid, and laid great stones in the cave's mouth, [which remain] until this very[H6106] day.[H3117]
